Southside is challenging you to make a daily habit of Biblical Meditation in 2025.
How to Practice Meditation
Read a portion of Scripture
Use one of the Bible reading plans below. General rule: Read a lot, meditate on a little. Try to use a plan that will expose you to a chapter or more each day.
Return to a key insight
Choose one or at most two things in the reading that struck you to meditate on.
Reflect through asking questions
How can I praise God in response?
What do I need to confess and repent of?
How can I thank Jesus as the fulfillment of this?
How can I live in the light of this?
Respond to God in prayer
Talk to God about what he has said to you in his word.
