Who I am:
A follower of Christ ever being changed by Him. I married my wife Linda in 1974 and have three married children and five grandchildren.
What drives me:
A passion to see people grow in their relationship with Christ and skills to help facilitate that discipleship process.
The Pre-Southside years:
Rob pastored two small churches in the U.S. and helped plant two churches in Austria. He also served for three years in the US Army as a German linguist and worked for Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad and Kaiser Aluminum. Just prior to coming to Southside, he served as pastor of adult ministries at ChangePoint church in Anchorage, Alaska.
Education:
Rob graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a three-year Bible diploma; Northwestern College with a BA in Ministries; Luther Rice Seminary with an MA in New Testament studies; and Amberton University with an MS in Human Relations and Business.
Hobbies:
I love to hike and bicycle. I read a lot and enjoy working with wood.
