What her favorite thing is about her team:
They are a team of people that do not get mad at her when she wants to change something or look at its purpose.
What she loves:
She started in the trenches with the ducks in children’s ministry. (there is a bigger story with the ducks) By combining her experience in the real world and taking a role in a ministry , she’s led her teams to continuously look at new and relevant ways to reach kids for Christ. Building a team of volunteers who truly love the kids and the families that come along with those kids.
What she dislikes:
Traditional thinking about reaching kids and their parents, and dust-bunnies.
When she’s not working here:
Enjoys being with her husband Jeff and three kids. Twinnies, Sara and Scott and older brother Seth. Skis (snow, not water), reads voraciously and thoroughly enjoys being with others over a great meal and a really excellent cup of coffee.
