He truly wants the church to leave the comfortable confines of Sunday and reach it’s tentacles out into real life. We are the only glimpse of Jesus most people will ever see. Won’t settle for churchianity.

Won’t leave this world without instigating a revolutionary return to the roots of Christianity. That’s why God brought him here to teach and to give energy and love to our small group community ministries. Teaching on the weekend gives him the voice to back up the dream of building a “real” church the rest of the week.

Favorite thing in all the world:

Anything family-tastic that he can do with Brenda and their 3 kids (Myah, Nora and Erik). Phrases like “the fair”, “pumpkin patch” and “I get to stay home tonight” fill him with glee. That’s right–glee.
